In the growing suburb of Clyde North, a major aged care facility is taking shape, and we’re proud to be laying the groundwork. In collaboration with APM Group, we’re helping bring Opal HealthCare’s newest project to life, a development set to support future generations with high-quality aged care services.
From our factory in Pakenham, we’ve been manufacturing lightweight steel framing and delivering it directly to site for seamless installation. That’s nearly 40 tonnes of Truecore steel going into the build, along with all the structural steel required to support a complex of this scale.
This facility will span three levels and house 160 bedrooms, designed alongside lounges, dining areas, commercial kitchens, social spaces, and even a fully equipped gym. It’s a build that’s not just about structure, it’s about creating a warm, functional environment for both care and community.
