Delivered by Jardon Group and designed by DC8 Studio, this purpose-built 2,257sqm facility brings together a range of wellness, social, and recreational features, all aimed at encouraging healthy, connected living.
ISG Frames is proud to have delivered the complete structural package for this landmark project, working hand-in-hand with Jardon Group to bring the architect’s vision to life. For us, this was more than just another job, it was a full-scope delivery from the ground up. ISG supplied and installed 20 tonnes of lightweight steel framing and 12 tonnes of structural steel, all crafted with Truecore steel. Our in-house design, fabrication, and installation teams worked in sync to ensure precise coordination, faster turnarounds, and dependable quality at every stage. By managing the full structural scope internally, we were able to offer the client a true one-stop solution, saving time, reducing friction, and delivering peace of mind.
